WHY SHOULD I BOOK WITH YOU INSTEAD OF AN ONLINE BOOKING SITE, OR DIRECT WITH A RESORT?

With us, you get exceptional personal assistance before, during, and after your vacation.
Budget is important and we strive to get your dream vacation within the budget you’ve set for it. There’s no pressure to go above and beyond what you’re comfortable with. You can’t enjoy your vacation when you’re stressed out about paying for it.
We provide honest advice about all resorts and destinations to help you choose the perfect resort for you.
We also arm you with your own personal call number to call and reach us if you need something while you’re away. You won’t get that from a travel site.

WHAT IMPORTANT INFORMATION SHOULD I HAVE GO THROUGH BEFORE CONTACTING YOU OUT?

Ideally you should set a budget and share it with us, so that we can give you a realistic, fun, and memorable itinerary for a price you are comfortable with.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

3 months prior during December /January /February and August
1 month ahead during other months.

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE TRIP I BOOKED?

You need to send us the Booking confirmation and a copy of the flight details
We will proceed with the arrangements and send you a travel service confirmation voucher
You will make an advance payment of 20% and confirm the booking. Balance two weeks prior to arrival or on arrival.
Payment can be bank transfer or online. For online credit card payment an additional 3.5% bank charge will apply.

I HAVE TO CANCEL THE TRIP THAT I BOOKED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We understand that cancellations happen, As soon as you know that you have to cancel, please call our office -Monday through Friday, from 9:00AM to 5:30PM and see if it could not be simply altered; if your dates are flexible for instance, you might be able to find a great solution to avoid a complete cancelation.

If, however you do need to cancel, we apply the following policy.

Cancellation Policy

We apply the following cancellation policy.

  • Before 30 days of the booking – cancellation with no charge
  • Before 21 days – 20% of the total price of the booking is non-refundable
  • Before 15 Days – 30% of the total price of the booking is non-refundable
  • After 15 Days – 60% of the total price of the booking is non-refundable
  • After 7 days or less – 90% cancellation charge will apply

We will submit your claim and provide you the information you need to return with your paperwork to the travel protection company.
